Select the light control
Choose a performance solar fabric to filter light and preserve selected views, or a room-darkening fabric for greater privacy. Openness, color and installation affect the result.
Choose the top treatment
Lutron lists exposed rollers, metal or fabric-wrapped fascias and recessed pocket installations. Each needs its own mounting clearances and service access.
Power and control
Low-voltage wired and wire-free battery options are available across selected Lutron families. Compatibility depends on the exact shade family and Lutron system, so we specify them together.
Large or unusual windows
Specialized wide and tensioned systems may suit large spans, angled glazing or skylights. Final width, fabric area and mounting limits are checked against the selected assembly.
Room-darkening details
Opaque fabric alone does not eliminate light around the edges. Review overlaps, side gaps and any available side channels or pocket details when a dark room is required.

Can I install a roller in a ceiling pocket?
A pocket is possible with suitable planning. Provide the pocket dimensions, mounting surface and access details so the selected roller can be serviced.
Are all roller fabrics suitable for every kit?
No. Fabric width, weight, roll diameter and the selected motor determine the suitable assembly.
