Custom Rod Pocket Curtains & Drapery
Custom rod-pocket curtains have a sewn fabric channel that slips over the rod for a softly gathered heading.

Custom Rod Pocket drapery for your space
This simple heading conceals much of the rod inside the fabric. It works well for decorative panels and softer window treatments, with the amount of gathering chosen to suit the fabric.
The pocket must be sized to your rod diameter. Rod-pocket panels are usually less convenient for frequent opening than panels hung from rings or track carriers.
Measure from the top of the rod to your intended finished hem. Tell us the rod diameter and whether you want a heading above the pocket so we can confirm the finished dimensions.

Drapery questions, answered
Which heading should I choose?
Choose the appearance you prefer, then check compatibility with your rod or track. Pleated drapery generally uses rings or carriers; ripplefold requires a compatible track. Grommet, tab-top and rod-pocket headings fit directly over a suitable rod. We can help you compare the options.
Can I choose fabrics other than Sunbrella?
Yes. Explore Sunbrella, silk, cotton canvas, faux silk and linen in our Fabric Finder. Silk is for indoor use. For outdoor drapery, ask us to confirm that your chosen fabric and hardware suit the exposure.
How do I measure the finished length?
Measure from the actual hanging point to your intended finished hem. For rings, start at the bottom of the ring; for tracks, at the bottom of the carrier attachment. Rod-pocket and tab-top drapery are measured from the top of the rod. Grommet headings extend above the rod, so confirm that allowance before ordering. See the buying guide or send us a photograph for help.
Can you help with fullness, lining and installation?
Yes. Fullness depends on the heading, fabric and opening arrangement. We can discuss lining, privacy, light control and stack space, and confirm local installation availability through a design consultation.
