5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Plumridge, Inc.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify an order due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, supplier changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Custom and special-order products may require a deposit or full payment before production begins.
6. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are custom manufactured, cut to size, fabricated to order, or produced specifically for an individual project.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving quotations, dimensions, specifications, materials, finishes, quantities, and other project details before production begins.
Custom, cut-to-length, fabricated, altered, special-order, or made-to-order products may not be cancelled or returned once production or purchasing has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective.
7. Product Availability and Lead Times
Products may be manufactured to order or supplied by third-party manufacturers, fabricators, workrooms, and vendors.
Production, shipping, delivery, and installation dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, manufacturing schedules, shipping carriers, weather, site readiness, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery charges may be calculated at checkout or quoted separately depending on the products ordered, destination, dimensions, weight, and delivery requirements.
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for inspecting delivered products promptly and notifying us of visible shipping damage or shortages within a reasonable period.
9. Installation
Installation charges are quoted separately unless expressly included in the written quotation or order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation area is accessible, safe, structurally suitable, and ready for installation.
Additional charges may apply for delays, return visits, inaccessible areas, scaffolding, unusual site conditions, structural modifications, electrical work, or work outside the agreed scope.
10. Returns and Cancellations
Returns and cancellations are subject to our applicable Returns Policy and the terms stated in the customer’s quotation, proposal, sales order, or invoice.
Custom-manufactured, special-order, cut-to-length, altered, fabricated, upholstered, sewn, or non-stock products may not be returnable unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
11. Warranty
Products may be covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty where provided.
Except where required by law, Plumridge, Inc. makes no additional warranties, express or implied.
Warranty coverage may not apply to normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, exposure to unsuitable conditions, customer-provided materials, or unauthorized alterations.
12. Customer-Provided Materials
Where customers provide fabric, trim, hardware, materials, drawings, measurements, or other items, Plumridge is not responsible for defects, shortages, inconsistencies, fading, shrinkage, suitability, or performance of those customer-provided materials.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, drawings, product information, original content, and website design, is the property of Plumridge, Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
