Who trims this shade?
You do, at home. Follow the supplied cutting and installation instructions. Enter or provide your actual opening measurements; use this product’s cutting guide for fitting clearance. The factory-cut ¼″ deduction used by other programs should not be applied automatically to this uncut, at-home product.
For a factory-cut width, choose the No-Tool Pleated Adhesive Shade. For a honeycomb fabric upgrade, explore the No-Tool Cordless Adhesive Cellular Shade.
Cut-at-Home Shade FAQs
How is my Cut-at-Home shade priced?
The price is based on the supplied stock width and your choice of light-filtering or room-darkening fabric. All stock shades have a 64″ drop. You trim the width at home using the included guide, so there is no factory width-cutting charge. Shipping and applicable tax are added separately.
Is this a honeycomb cellular fabric?
No. This is a single pleated fabric shade in our wider shade collection. The honeycomb cell-size options such as 9/16″ and ¾″ apply to the cellular products, not this pleated shade.
Can the adhesive remove paint?
Yes. Adhesive mounting can pull paint off the casing or other mounting surface when removed. Use a clean, dry, sound surface and follow the supplied instructions. Do not rely on damage-free removal.
