Grommet curtains are so easy to operate, they are the perfect choice when you need to open and close your drapes every day. They're especially good for wide windows or sliding glass doors. The Grommet rings create a wave fold, so they stack tightly together with uniform pleats, usually taking up less than 3 inches on the rod. This contemporary style looks great with solid fabrics or geometric patterns.
Tab Top curtains are made with narrow straps that loop over the curtain rod. It is a relaxed, casual style that works best in an informal setting. They look neat when drawn and stack to about 8 inches per width. This is an excellent option on a leaner budget as the fullness of the panels can either be flat or pleated to double fullness.
Rod Pocket curtains are designed to hang on a drapery rod on each side of a window, making them ideal as stationary draperies. This traditional style works well where stacking space is not an issue. It is a good choice for achieving a flat panel without any fullness. Also known as Pole Pocket drapery, this is a good economical solution that is easy to install, as no drapery rings are required. This style can be used with either clip-on or regular rings for a very informal, unpleated look.
Euro Pleat Curtains are distinguished by a tack at the top of a three-fold pleat that allows the fabric to cascade beautifully to the floor. The drapery is attached to rings that run smoothly on a rod with a clean hang. The pleats create uniform proportion and spacing and allow for easy operation. The fullness of the panel depends on the widths of fabric that are used in making the pan. This style is ideal for indoor use and can be used outdoors in Sunbrella fabric with stainless steel drapery pins. When using fabrics with large patterns or repeats, you'll want to take into consideration how the pattern will be affected by the pleat.
French Pleat or Pinch Pleat Drapes can be recognized by the three fabric folds that are pinched together about 4 inches from the top of the header. This traditional style provides a structured, formal look that is perfect for living rooms or formal dining rooms. When using fabrics with large patterns or repeats, you'll want to take into consideration how the pattern will be affected by the pleat.
Inverted Box Pleat Drapes are similar to the French Pleat or Euro Pleat, but the pleats face to the back, showing the flat, box pleated front. This is a tailored style where the front of the panel is sleek and contemporary. These work well in both modern and traditional settings and are ideal for indoor and outdoor use where the correct outdoor fabric and stainless steel drapery hooks are utilized.
Ripple Fold curtains work especially well where a long span and sheer panel solution are required, as the brackets do not impede the traversing of the drapery. Soft ripple-like folds flow smoothly across a ceiling-mounted track and pleat neatly into a wave pattern. These work well in both residential and commercial sites and are ideal for outdoor use. They can be ordered as flat or double fullness panels. The carriers are connected with cords of a specific length that force the pleat in the case of double fullness. If these cords are removed the panels can spread flat across the track, saving on fabric and sewing, making them more economical.
You have selected Drapery Opening as "Split Pair." Typically this implies you will need 2 or more panels. Please adjust Panel Quantity or Drapery Opening Option if this is not what you intended.
